	Stephanie Berkeley InHouse I am currently Head of Marketing and PR for whowhatwherewhen W5, one of Ireland’s leading visitor attractions. I have been training W5 staff in the Welcome to Excellence programme for over six years and recently completed my training in World Host.
	Siofra O'Reilly Independent Over 25 years experience of working in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industry as a trainer in a number of key skill areas and especially in customer care.
	Clare Gibson College In 1995 Clare was appointed the first Master Trainer by the Northern Ireland Tourist for the Welcome Host programme. She had responsibility for the training and quality assurance of all W H trainers. From 1998 Abbey managed the programme on behalf of the Board, until 2005 when the Tourism Training Trust was disbanded and the programme moved back into N.I.T.B.
	Jean Haworth Independent Over the last 10 years, I have delivered the Welcome to Excellence suite of Customer Service programmes to a large number of delegates across NI and have an excellent track record of tailoring programmes to meet the customer’s specific needs. My work ranged from training a few staff in small family run businesses to large numbers of staff in both the public and private sectors.
	Collette McCafferty College Having begun my career in private sector tourism, I have been a tourism/ marketing lecturer for over 20 years. Working at Belfast Metropolitan College, I have extensive experience of delivering and managing a wide variety of tourism, marketing and customer service courses and modules at Levels from NVQ II to Postgraduate.
	Tracey Jeffery Independent As previous Master Trainer for the NITB Welcome to Excellence suite of Programmes I can bring extensive customer service experience and an in depth understanding of the tourism and hospitality sectors in N I.
	Pat Jamison Independent I promote a Person Centred approach to training by inspiring and motivating staff to want to excel. I enjoy the ‘hands on’ approach to get staff to recognise and develop their existing skills. I promote team skills; building confidence, teamwork and the sharing of best practice.
	Avril Downey College I have extensive experience of delivering courses to a diverse range of voluntary, community, public and private sector organisations. Having delivered the Welcome to Excellence suite of courses for many years I am delighted to continue delivering customer service training through the WorldHost programmes.
