I have extensive experience of working with organisations to improve customer service in a competitive market place.
During my career of over 30 years in a large corporate organisation, I headed up a number of departments including Operations, Leadership and Development and Customer Service. My customer service department won the UK national award for quality and performance. I am therefore able to bring extensive customer service experiences to my training from a high quality environment and have many valuable live examples of customer service to share.
I currently run my own company as a People Solutions Advisor. I work with large and small independent companies and corporate businesses to identify training needs and design bespoke and innovative training solutions. I deliver a range of interventions including Leadership, Human Resources, Customer Service and Train the Trainer. I am also an NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier for Customer Service, Management and Leadership and Development.
Over the last 10 years, I have delivered the Welcome to Excellence suite of Customer Service programmes to a large number of delegates across NI and have an excellent track record of tailoring programmes to meet the customer’s specific needs. My work ranged from training a few staff in small family run businesses to large numbers of staff in both the public and private sectors. Clients have included: Hospitality and Tourism Industries, Retail, Sport and Leisure, Education Sector, Transport and the largest union for nursing in the UK.
