Individuals can attend an open Principles of Customer Service programme delivered by an independent WorldHost licensed trainer.
Option 2 - In Company Training
One of our Licensed Trainers can deliver the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service programme within your business.
A business or organisation can arrange for its own trainers to attend our Train the Facilitator programme. Once licensed, your in-house trainer can deliver the WorldHost programme and can purchase training materials and certificates directly from NITB. If you are currently employed in a private sector organisation in Northern Ireland within the tourism, hospitality, travel, passenger transport and retail sectors and your company employs fewer than 250 employees then you could be eligible for financial assistance through the Department for Employment and Learning funded package for WorldHost customer service training.
